10. What are The Precautions for The Single Control and Joint Control Conversion Operation of The Air Compressor Control Cabinet?
- On the control panel of each air compressor, turn the selector switch to the joint control cut-out state, and the unit has already exited the joint control state separately. It can be operated separately on the air compressor operation panel of each unit.
- On the electrical control panel of each air compressor, turn the selection switch to the joint control cut-in state, and on the operation panel of the joint control cabinet, turn the single control joint control selection switch to the joint control state, then you can operate each unit individually.
- On the electrical control panel of each air compressor, turn the selection switch to the joint control cut-in state, and on the operation panel of the joint control cabinet, turn the single control joint control selection switch to the joint control state, then you can perform joint control operations on the panel.
- When switching from the single control state to the joint control state, the original state of each unit remains unchanged. Then, you must press the start button on the operation panel of the joint control cabinet to enter the joint control state.
- In the joint control state, after the air compressor has a serious failure, the program will automatically cut the machine out of the joint control state, and the air compressor will automatically stop. Then, turn the joint control knob on the electrical control board of the air compressor to the cut-out state. Cut off the power supply separately for maintenance. After the inspection is completed, turn on the power supply and turn the joint control knob to the cut-in state, then the unit can still automatically enter the joint control.
